Well we've worked our abs, and our legs... now on to our arms

Life Style Challenge
OILS!!
It's sooo important to get our oils in. I'm hoping I can convince at least one person this challenge that it's a must to get in our oils while loosing weight!
Your skin will be better, your hair will be shinnier, you'll be more regular (you know what I mean). Also, GALL BLADDERS!!!!! I know of 3 people off the top of my head who have had gall stones or had to get their gall bladders removed due to losing weight and not getting their oils in (2 of these being WW ladies in their late 20's!). Our bodies are machines... think about what would happen if we didn't put oil in to our cars!! Okay... i'm done ranting...
