Week 2 - CHALLENGES!

Fitness Challenge -





Alright everyone, now that we've warmed up our bodies and walked about a bit, lets tone these fighting machines!!!





This week's challenge is ABS!!!





1 point per crunch.





This should be a straight forward one.

Health and Wellness Challenge -





This week's challenge is FRUITS AND VEGETABLES!!!!





1 point per fruit or vegetable serving.





Get them in to you ladies... especially at this time of the year. Remember, an apple a day keeps the doctor away!








Also remember the AP and the OP challenges are on going throughout the entire challenge. So don't stop moving and count those bites!!
